Dr. Esther Yang, Cerritos

I gave 3 stars for what I purchased. The doctor was stoic and unwelcoming, acting as if doing her a favor rather than providing a service, despite being paid. With so many optometrists in Los Angeles, I will not return to an office where my business isn’t valued. It was as if she forced herself to make me feel unwelcome - a shame. Or it must be depressing to be so miserable. I feel sad for her.

Unfortunately the staff are not friendly at all, nor sadly to say is Dr Chan. Sure, I got my prescription which is the most important thing, but in terms of 'soft skills' - not there with the exception of the young woman who did my tests. Dr Chang did not even make eye contact with me.

Great staff the lady at the front very pleasant. Service was quick.

The optometrist was very informative on my eye exam. I was very impressed. I’ve never gotten in so much information on my eyes. It gave me a sense of relief of what is going on my eyes health. Will be coming back in the future.
