I went in for a Brazilian blowout. The manager/owner’s first comment to me was to shame me for using Groupon in the 1st place, she pulled my hairstylist aside to have a private conversation w/o me regarding an up charge due to the length of my hair and hovered over her and I. It made me feel so uncomfortable. My hairstylist was so nice and I hope she quit that awful business. I’ll never go back!
