Massage was cancelled without notice and no refund was offered

That would be incorrect information. On Mar 13th a text confirmation was sent to your girlfriend Katie confirming her appt for 3-14-20 at 1130 a.m, at 930a.m. on 3-14 she text us back stating "confirmed." She then proceeded to NO SHOW for her appt. Therefore per our policy and which she was informed of at the time of booking, groupons will be redeemed if we do not receive 24 hour cancellation. Seeing as how she CONFIRMED 2 hours prior to her appt and decided not to come our therapist is entitled to get paid because she DID show up to provide the service.
