I went to the Chandler location. Waited forever to be seen. They told I needed to purchase another 20 units of botox for it to work. When every time before in other places I only need 20 total not 40. After 2 weeks I saw no results. Called the place and they told me to return since they inyected me with a defective batch of botox. They re did it for free. But still not happy they did not take the initiative to contact me to let me know. I found this very dishonest. Will not go back.

Lunchtime lift changed their name. Must be after all the bad reviews on the services. I was excited to buy the BOTOX deal so much that I bought for my mom and we invited our Best Friend along. I have to say the person doing the injections was great. HOWEVER...this product is so inferior. Our friend saw ZERO RESULTS and mine lasted less then 6 weeks as did my moms. Now I also fell for the Injection upgrade for the Juvederm or similar filler product. I spent over $1000.00 here, and within 6 weeks time looked like nothing had been done. I was so upset I contacted the owner and was told that BOTOX even states their product only last 2 months. NOT SO, my previous experiences have been excellent with Botox lasting almost 6 months. I feel ROBBED and taken advantage of. Had I spent my money elsewhere I would have had lasting results that made me happy and a satisfaction guarantee..... At the time I did my procedure the reviews were not posted, but within weeks there were several disappointed customers leaving their feedback. Groupon took care to listen to my concerns. HOWEVER I feel if they receive this much negative feedback they should not be allowed to do business on these sites. I really am disgusted that I spent this much money and my results were not what you would expect. And wit our friend not seeing ANY improvement, really makes me wonder if they are actually injecting Botox.

They keep calling me on WEDNESDAY LESS THAN 24 HOURS before my appointment to reschedule Because there Nurse only comes in ONCE A WEEK ON WEDNESDAY'S. IM SO CONFUSED .. WHY AM I BEING SCHEDULED ON THURSDAY? WHEN I BEOUGHT UP MY CONCERN ON FACT THAT IVE SCHEDULED TIME OFF FOR THIS APPOINTMENT. GOING ON 3 TIMES AND NOW I DONT EVEN HAVE A APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED BECAUSE I NEVER RECIEVED A FOLLOW UP CALL. NO ATTEMPT TO RETURN MY CALLS.. NOTHING
