Beware: I should have ran once I saw the studio. The massage table was filthy and trash can was filled up with garbage. Also had a terrible odor that I couldn’t place. Because my neck was showing aging, I decided to ignore all that since the groupon itself was affordable pricing. After the groupon was redeemed , the owner offered cash prices for additional skin treatments. I reluctantly accepted and bought two more sessions. When I arrived for the next appointment, I texted her upon my arrival to get a reply her child is sick. She said she would text me to reschedule which she never did. We had already scheduled another appointment three days later at time of purchase so I just figured we can just keep that appointment atleast. When the day of that appointment comes, I reached out to the owner to confirm and was informed her ac was out and she was waiting on repairs. At that time, I decided to request a refund. She informed me that she doesn’t give refunds and going out of town for 2 weeks. Please beware.

Dirty, unsanitary bed/table, mold on the ceiling. I should have left, but gave the owner a chance. Wish I hadn’t. She said some people may get bruising, but rare, I am bruised all over my mid-section and can hardly move. Absolutely do not recommend.

The room was dirty, major dust on the ceiling, sheets on the massage table were not cleaned and the lady herself looked like she just woke up from an all-night binger. Her hair was a mess, no make-up and holes in her baggy t-shirt.

Worst experience ever, the massage table didn’t look like the change sheet or layer over table the girl literally looked homeless!!!!
