I called and call over 50 times left messages...she never answers her phone. Then she would call me back after several days and of course I was unable to answer and she left a message. After months of this I finally gave up and emailed Groupon to refund my money...that has not happened either. Usually they are good about it but not this time. This Groupon has upset me so much I usually buy several a month. I will not be buying many at all from now on. So not has this Vida Mae damaged her own business she has also hurt Groupon. Nice one lady. I would not go to this salon she is not a good business person and could care less about obtaining more business. I have a 25 year old daughter that actually bought this for me with her own money and she also, would look elsewhere. STAY AWAY from this one!!!! She will be out of business soon so never risk buying one of hers on here. Too riskly!
