Their website look great! Very cute balloon arrangements. Unfortunately my phone calls were never returned. I left 2 messages in an attempt to arrange to redeem my groupon and never heard back from them.

The groupon reads that they will deliver but when I tried to redeem and have delivered they told me they would not. Even though I already had a large order being delivered by them. They did finally agree but only after having to plead. They did a nice job with the balloons but I wouldn't purchase the groupon again.

groupon advertisement is not what they abide by. they won't deliver even though it says they can. they explained to me what they "meant" by it, but that doesn't help the consumer make an informed decision before they purchase. it took me over a week to get a hold of them and had to go thru groupon to get a call/email back.
