It is just to increase their sale. Regular price is cheaper than this groupon deal. Their regular price for 10 shirts is $11.99, when i said i wanted to use the groupon deal, they charged me more than $2 per shirt and applied the groupon coupon amount to the total. If i go there next time, i would use the regular deal instead of Groupon deal

I came to the cleaners to drop off clothing for a business trip. The cleaners messed up one of my business suite jackets. I the check out lady claimed she called me which she did not, then said I must have dropped the jacket off that way, and lastly told me oh the missing button must be in the back. In all honesty I know errors happen, but to lie to me is the problem. It is as if she wanted to see which response I would be ok with. In all honesty just be honest. If you will lie about my clothing quality what else will you do? To top it off she forgot I had given her the groupon. At the end of the day I will not be back to this cleaners, and I will share with my friends and co-workers regarding the quality or lack there of here at this cleaners. I take care of my clothes and I just do not believe this is a place that will take care of me. This experience has caused me a great deal of inconvience. I have to travel out of town for business. All I wanted was clean clothing for my business trip.
