I would give less than a star if it would allow me to. Jennifer was friendly and took pictures of my dog and I at the park. She told me it would be a few DAYS and she would send the pictures to me. As of now it has been three weeks and counting. I haven’t gotten any emails or returned text or calls. You can never get in touch with her. Terrible way to run your business. I am highly disappointed.

For a month I called and called to schedule an appointment and no one answered. Nor could I leave a VM because their VM said it was full. I also sent and email inquiry on their website and still no answer. So frustrating! I would not recommend!

I am disappointed at the costs of prints and digital images after. 160$ for the digital images. 10$ minimum for each print- more with larger size. pictures were okay. My friend with an SLR did a better job taking pics and editing them as well.
