The staff makes the facility great. Sure they have all the equipment needed and plenty of space to work, but I really appreciated all the staff's knowledge on the proper techniques and skills for lifting correctly and efficiently, so as not to hurt the body but also to get the full effects of the lift. My husband & I really wish we could keep coming, but just can't afford it at this point! Thanks so much for an awesome month!
