I had a valid Groupon; they took my phone out of sight and marked it as redeemed and then claimed that I did not have it!!! We spent a loooonnnng time at our table recovering the "redeemed" Groupon and showed them when it was marked (when they had my phone. The management had said profusely that we must have been wrong in having a Groupon. I had pulled up and showed the waiter my voucher. They grudgingly acknowledged its validity when my computer savvy husband was able to recover it. No apology, no remorse. Left a bad taste (the entrees did also) in our mouths and we will not be returning. Also, my phone will not leave my hand again with a coupon voucher showing. Lesson learned...
