The Mexican Cooking class was more of a 'sous-chef' class preparing food to be cooked by the chef - not really a hands-on-do-everything class. Had the feeling that the owner's were suffering from 'burn-out' from doing this too long. Some of the meals were not really enough to satisfy one's hunger for the day - especially the breakfasts and lunches. The rooms provided were beautiful with fireplaces to warm up the cool mountain air. Even with the nice rooms, I would not recommend this package to anyone wanting to learn about Mexican cooking. PS: Our return bus ticket to be paid by the owner ended up costing us extra since we were not given enough cash for it - and another couple said the same.
