What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our trainers are world class nationally certified and insured master trainers with a college education in kinesiology and or exercise science. In an industry that is currently not state regulated, this is important, because we are in business because we love what we do, not because we need a job.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We don't motivate by yelling or barking commands. Our process involves a respectful and gentle yet assertive approach. We like to use positive reinforcement with a major emphasis on numbers. Our goal is to have the client continually transcend over time, at a pace of their choosing.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

What do you love most about your job?
We can say with absolute certainty that this is no better feeling than seeing a client overcome barriers and grow strong not just physically but mentally as well. Seeing a client evolve into a healthier, happier, more confident vision of themselves is greatly satisfying.
