What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

It's an unlimited personal training membership! You can't find it anywhere else. No huge prices, no tough scheduling. Just come in and be trained! We create a community and culture of success! It's unlike any other traditional gym. You will feel very welcomed no matter what your fitness level. Members encourage one another and sessions are constantly progressive.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?

We give them exactly what they need to improve. They will receive the right exercise prescription and we will believe in them until they have the confidence to be their best! The gym itself is motivating with so many outstanding members who are great examples of fitness at all levels. Clients are inspired to be great!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

The passion to start our company came from helping people achieve their health and performance goals. We feel personal training and custom health plans should be affordable and available to everyone that wants to make a change in their health lifestyle. That mission fuels our trainers every day!

What do you love most about your job?

The most rewarding part of our job is helping clients achieve goals together. Hundreds of clients have developed friendships with our staff and continue to tell us that we made the difference in their life. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client overwhelmingly happy with the results.
