It is very unlike me to give low ratings, but there was a serious lack of professionalism on the part of Bella. She canceled my first scheduled appointment due to being hit by a car, my second due to being stranded in another state, and my third due to a last-minute trip out of town. When I expressed my disappointment about the repeated rescheduling, she was defensive. Fool me thrice? Shame on YOU

Isabella was very professional, highly knowledgeable about her craft . She diligently and expertly applied my lashes and gave me great tips on how to McRae for them and next steps . Great assessment of my own lashes and appreciated her insight and suggestions. Will return !
