Rude staff, VERY unorganized, schedule was not followed (stranded for 40 minutes), horrible customer service. The ‘tour’ was covered an extremely small area, and the tutorial/music was outdated and boring.

Great bus tour! All of the Chicago highlights were included, hop on, hop off. We saw a lot in a few hours each day. Great way to explore the city!
