Had my first session and the couch was amazing and the ladies were very welcoming. Did not feel out of place. The music gets you going and it was definitely a challenge and overall great workout.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first class at D3! The instructors were friendly and informative! Dre even called before my first class to ensure I was comfortable and informed! I couldn’t ask for better customer service or work outs! I’m still sore! Love it! I’ll definitely be back for more!
