It seemed like management was severely unprepared, even though the place was empty when we came.

When I was taking a bite of the caprese salad- tomato, basil, mozzarella - there was part of the tag on the tomato. Not a welcome addition. The pasta dish - a tagliatelle pasta with a white truffle sauce - was super heavy- way too much sauce and cheese. I was hoping to like DeVine as it is my neighborhood but alas it won't be a repeat visit.
