Amazing place!

Terrible experience The first time we went to use the Groupon we were the only ones there and the machine in our lane kept breaking down We asked the manager to move twice before he finally let us Tried to go back a second time when they opened and stood outside for half an hour calling and knocking on the door When someone finally answered the phone they said they were closed today due to "things not working" and when I asked why they didn't post anything on their website or answer their phones or leave a note on the door the manager replied "we're too busy to do those things" He then came out the front door of the still locked bowling alley and spit on the sidewalk next to us At that point we just walked away Our third attempt to return to the alley I called to make sure they did not have leagues that night Whoever I spoke to on the phone said we could come in anytime and that they didn't have any When we arrived we were denied to bowl because they in fact did have leagues and we'd have to come back another time I live two blocks from this alley and will never go here again Waste of money and waste of time Total loss
