Staff is more concern w/ your insurance status to draw more business than just perform a simple massage. Acquired several residual effects from roughly and uncomfortable massage. Therapist was 30 mins late for my appointment.

Terrible experience - my appointment was rescheduled twice because they said they did not have any therapists available and they gave me an appointment past the expiration of the groupon - very suspicitious. When I arrived for the appointment, i was disgusted by the dirty floor, the broken masonry, the paw prints and the dog under the table. To cap it off, it looked like the sheets had not been changed on the massage table. You should not be advertising this vendor on your site if they are unable (or unwilling) to provide your members with timely appointments in a clean facility.
