It was the most horrible massage I've ever had. Didn't go back to redeem my other massages because the massage was so rough and unrekaxing and the masseuse talked the whole time.

the therapist was 20 minutes late, and still have to set up. the music was loud and the room was cold. I was sold short. I would not go back unless they offered me a complimentary session. i feel i was robbed.
