I was thankful they were opened the gentleman verified my reservation and gave me the best options how to get to the airport since the shuttle couldn’t run do to COVID

No attendant. No shuttle. Just a empty unguarded parking lot

Hello Jarrell, due to COVID-19 the Shuttle service is suspended and for that reason the parking rate is discounted by 50% of normal rate. We are located 5 blocks away from the terminal and the lot is being used as a SelfPark-Shareride-No Contact facility. It should've been posted and explained clearly on the Groupon offer. The lot is under surveillance 24/7 and monitored every other hour by an attendant checking for license plates. We are all waiting to hopefully get back to normal full service in the near future.

I purchase groupon for parking and shuttle. There was no shuttle available. Also, the groupon offers no discount to the price offered.
