I just wrote a scathing review as I went to get my treatment, and they told me it was for much less than I paid for. That was after they already redeemed my Groupon. The merchant told me to ask Groupon for a refund and that "this happens all the time." So, I left because they were not going to help me, and I felt uncomfortable proceeding with anything there after just speaking with the injector. It felt unprofessional at worst and super shady. I have written Groupon for a full refund, but to be honest, both parties are at fault. Pure Med Spa should not partner with Groupon if they can't honor exactly what patrons are purchasing. It's false advertising and really violating.

Dr. Danuta Kowalski was fabulous. Not only was she kind and professional but she was honest and she did a phenomenal job on my gorgeous face. I would highly recommend her to my loved ones. Thank you Dr! Keep on rockin the beauty ball!
