About this Business
From Our Editors
This trendy River North spot focuses entirely on Mexican street food, with tacos, guacamoles, and antojitos—or Mexican snacks—populating the simplistic menu. Yet, there’s nothing simple about preparing these feasts. Chefs complement their taco creations with homemade salsas and hand-made tortillas. Creamy tomatillo crowns tacos rajas overstuffed with poblano peppers and onions, and a spicy habanero salsa completes the pulled-pork cochinita taco that Time Out Chicago says, “Knows almost no limits in flavor.”
Open until midnight, the joint supplies goodies to late-night bar-hoppers, including Mexican beers, and fresh-mulled margaritas made from more than 50 types of tequila.
