Also , receptionist has HORRIBLE customer service. Was very rude and practically demanded a tip after having to deal with her nasty demeanor. Massage therapist was pleasant, but receptionist took from the great experience. Not to mention being charged $15 extra just to have my back included in the massage. That needs to be listed in purchase so there will be no confusion or surprises.

The receptionist/front desk person was rude. The older gentlemen and woman who did our massages were very nice and polite. I have been here many times and have always had an good experience however, this time around on 1/8/2026 we were greeted with a nasty disposition from the lady at the front desk.

They charge for a back massage, which you pay for a massage package. Also, they force you to give a tip

Nice experience but the lady at the front desk kinda pushed the tip onto us before we could offer. Customer service was not so good but the massage itself was relaxing!
