First time going and will be my last, the description given with groupon was nothing in reality to what it turned out to be. It was just a basic machine wash, and did not get interior cleaned properly. Water residue still marks my car and carpets.

Great car wash. New facilty!

Two weeks ago I came in with a "the works" groupon and once my car was ready I drove a few blocks to the bank. Coming back to my car I noticed te whe front of the car was still dirty. I had to go back, wait in line again and argue with someone that I had just been there. My car was washed but scratches were left on the front. Yesterday, I finished my 3 washes yesterday and while i was waiting for my car to go through the wash, I was able to get video of a worker too lazy to put the sponge back into the bucket. He threw the mop like sponge and it missed the soapy bucket and landed onto the dirty floor. He then picked it up and thought dirt and gravel would instantly come off with a quick dip into the suds. He then proceeded to wipe it all over a car. This is how a car gets scratched and swirls. I will not go back and never get my oil changed next door either.
