Suggest adding fish. Too limited for vegetarians. Stuffed cabbage not very tasty and mushy.

Thank you for a wonderful experience! The pureed eggplant was the best I've ever tasted. I want the recipe. The tabouli (sp?) was the bast I've ever tasted. I want that recipe, too. I loved the stuffed grape leaves. I'd want the recipe, but I don't have the finger dexterity needed to create the stuffed leaves part. I absolutely can't[ choose between the eggplant entree and the grilled lamb chops. I just can't comment you enough! I will be telling everyone I know about your restaurant.
