Very unhappy ! I got resumes done b4 but the template & context (to a meaningful content)I provided was to help identify a professional template of a resume. What I got in response after spending an hour on a call with the gentleman, was something out of a MS word 2000 -template. It looked like a vintage format and content had multiple issues. First impression are the last. Not going back.

I bought my resume on November 16, and I did not get my resume back until December 22. It should not take this long to do a resume. My resume also did not include eferences, and when I ask he told me to go to the interview with a list. I am relocating, so my interview may not be face to face. I have had profesional resumes done before, and they always includes referentes.

Hi Donna,
Interesting you bought the Groupon on Nov 16 when I sent the draft to you on November 12. Didn’t hear from for 18 days which then you requested edits on Nov 30. my schedule got backed up due to lack of communication and was returned back to you on December 20. References do not need to be included on a resume unless it’s a federal resume.
