You'll be greeted by our large outdoor mural and walk inside an expansive warehouse with ample room. Check in at the front desk and jump into class. 

When the music cranks up and the instructor calls the class to order you'll begin your training. In the heavy bag classes you'll have your own single use heavy bag with the ability to pick it up or slow down based on your ability within the class. We keep the energy high and you'll have a trainer helping motivate you step by step while also looking for form corrections. 

We are an open air facility. Hydrate and come ready to sweat!
