service was quite slow pasta dish with shrimp, chicken, sausage had no seasoning/flavor

service was terrible. we were there two hours! took forever to get everything. even after food came out pretty hot, had to sit 10 minutes before waitress remembered to bring us forks - so food got cold! (left too much tip - 20%- considering everything)
