Inaccurate insurance verification process. They will tell you they accept your insurance and they tell you the copay, which I paid each session, thinking I'm covered, only to get a bill stating my claim is denied and I owe $137 for a 30 minute session, which they bundled to the insurance company as 4 separate services, which was declined. The amount of service included in the Groupon is intro only

The office is pretty hard to find. After receiving navigation instructions I was brought to what seemed to be an off road area. I can to the office and waited at the desk for a few moments and not one was there to greet me. The doctor showed up and I just looked at me. I said my name and appointment and still had to wait to be serviced. There were children playing and sitting on the equipment
