I would actually give 4 stars. It was hard getting through (eventually tried pushing zero and it worked otherwise message just repeated and there was no way to leave a voice mail). Took a while for someone to answer the door once there but once I was in Crystal was absolutely lovely and did a great job. I would return for sure!!
