My appointment was scheduled at 9:30 for just a Groupon Cleaning. I waited until 11 and yet to be seen. Horrible service!!!

The wait is very long and not very private. The teeth cleaning was very fast for the amount of time spent waiting and there was no mouth rinse or flossing which is something that has always happened at past cleanings. I am new to the neighborhood and was hoping to find a place to call home but its seems like the dental group is more concerned with quantity not quality. On a positive note everyone was very nice especially the receptionists.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with this visit. I was there for 2 hours and 15 minutes - much longer than I would expect for an exam and cleaning. It was very dirty and filthy and most of the people were not kind nor courteous. I wont be back!
