Place is not kept upto date and feels dirty.

The employee was unprofessional on the phone and in person. We were told the wrong day to attend the open play and showed up on a dayare day, but never got an apology. The place also felt dark and uninviting. I did not feel comfortable taking my hold there. Fortunately, groupon refunded my money as I would never go back.
