Way way too expensive. Only bought something because I already had spent money on the groupon.

I checked out the offer before purchasing by going to the store and speaking with them. When I went to order everything changed. there was no frames at that offer.....they were all gone...They only had a few - about 20..."most people use this to upgrade" as their frames start around $ 250. I also had to now pay for the lenses which were to be included. This was a big switch from the ad and the check and discussion prior to purchasing the Groupon. I was stuck now...so I can lose money...With the Groupon and everything cost me over $ 100 which is not what I was expecting. They also never let me know when the glasses were in. I kept calling and they never responded. Finally after about 1 month, the person went to see if the glasses were in.....they had been there for almost 3 weeks and she said, "we were going to give them away!" I was not please with the customer service. However, when I went to picked them up, the guy who helped me was great. He even looked at my current glasses and changed something for free. Supposedly they have a good reputation. I may have just been ripped off by some employees who scammed me because I only work in Columbus.

glasses are overpriced

Before Groupon I had never been to Rinkov Eye Care. I really like their staff and their selection of frames!
