What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We care. We are committed to the latest in fitness science, and teach our clients about how their bodies work and how nutrition affects their individual body. We offer an atmosphere that allows our clients to learn and grow.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We mix it up each and every workout! No one person is the same; no body types or personalities are the same so why should the workouts be the same. We use BOSU, TRX, stability balls, free weights and machines in order to find a program that is a fit to your needs and keep you motivated.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have seen the Corporate Gyms and health clubs care only about the money. I wanted a place that people were able to feel that they were truly cared for, a place that people could reach their goals and feel comfortable doing it.

What do you love most about your job?
The greatest part of my job is seeing a life saved, tears of joy when a client makes it through a workout and then wants more because they have become so healthy they want to train the trainer. That is an awesome feeling.
