Her service was excellent. The shop was very clean. It was also empty, so that worked out even better. She was also super easy to talk to. I left with my hair looking great.

My hair was cut very uneven, and I waited 30 mins when my appointment was at 2, didn't get seen till 230. I won't be back. And I sent a Facebook message about it and received no feedback about it.

They were short staffed. I had to wait 15 minutes to be greeted at the counter. My gut instinct told me to leave. I just didn't have a positive impression. The appt. should have taken 1.5 hours and it turned into a 5 hour appt. Highlights were a hot mess, they were not evenly matched on the head and were not evenly matched in color. Stylist was willing to fix her mistakes, but it's not what I signed up for.
