After a career as a college and professional Arena League football player, certified fitness trainer Aaron Scott devoted himself to training a new generation of athletes. Now a ten-year veteran of the training industry, he currently leads Corona Adventure Boot Camp, whose fitness regimen he designed with fitness specialist Dr. John Spencer Ellis.
The four-week program meets for hour-long morning workouts Monday through Friday, composed of exercises such as core training, jump rope drills, and running. The instructors boot camp occasionally takes field trips to new locations, as well as change the workouts daily to prevent boredom. The ever-changing regimen works as a single system to simultaneously minimize body fat, strengthen frames, and eventually help participants look way more legitimate when pulling two ton trucks by hand.
