Be prepared. If you are going to have hours of operation, then make sure your staff is ready to accommodate customers during those hours of operation. Make sure you have the ingredients necessary to make the little bit of food you offer on your menu. Offer better choices! For a hotel which charges $150/night, one would expect better food choices, and better quality in what is ordered. I was not satisfied with the food which was served.
