Led by certified personal trainer Sylvia Favela, Fit Body Boot Camp is a fat-shredding, high-intensity exercise regimen that combines resistance training, plyometrics, and challenging cardio. Operating under the notion that people will stick to a fitness routine that’s quick and delivers measurable results, the camp is comprised of 30-minute sessions in which Favela fosters a motivating and cooperative atmosphere. Exercises are designed to burn fat and build muscle rapidly, and can be supplemented by nutritional counseling offered by the instructor.
