Lorenzo is not just a hairdresser - he's an artist! He will transform a person with a new look you never saw yourself in before! Enjoyed my first experience with him, took a bit of time though so plan your day accordingly, because he doesn't rush!

Scheduled a haircut at 5 and when I got there the guy looked like he was surprised to see me. Like he forgot about the appointment or something. He told me to sit and wait. So I did. After about an hour the 6:00 appointment showed up. I was still waiting. This was my only time to get a cut and I had to use this Groupon so I waited. And waited... And waited... Another of his appointments walked through the door! He didn't start until 8 pm!!!!!!!!!!! WTF. My haircut came out nice, but I'm never ever going again. Horrible scheduling and customer service. Don't do it!
