the food wasn't very good and it wasn't enough to serve 2

After looking through the posted menus & selecting the desired delivery week for my family, our meal package was delivered. However, upon inspection of the meals, only one of them was what he had planned on the website. Considering I have 2 children, the new menu items did not bode well for them. The items that he did deliver were cheap and did not have much preparation involved, definetely not worthy of the Groupon price paid much less the "claimed" price charged normally. Several meals had plain white rice and one had sliced tomatoes. I do not need to pay a premium for personal chef services to cook plain white rice (which reminds me of instant rice) much less just slicing a tomato. Upon discussing the issue with him, I simply received a brief statement back without any attempt to bridge the gap of dissatisfaction. Had I gone to a restaurant I would have various options to resolve this situation including adjusting the tip value. However, he required a predetermined tip value prior to delivering the meals but did not offer to adjust anything to reflect my satisfaction or any other method to achieve customer satisfaction. I will most certainly not be a repeating customer of his nor will I recommend him to any of my friends.

I emailed my concerns after the delivery on Sunday and have yet to receive a response. The Groupon was for a week's worth of meal, only recevied 6 meals, and they were not the items listed on the their website

Food delivered was not even close to the on-line menu. Six days' food was delivered instead of 7 days'. Chicken was dry, unseasoned. Beef was tough, fatty. Very disappointing.
