I took my first Nia class at Move Studio and I really enjoyed it. Nia is for all skill levels so I was able to keep up. The staff and members that I met all have been members for years. They were very friendly and showed me around. I didn’t feel like an outsider and I didn’t feel awkward being the new girl.
