Stereo Zone is an amazing professional business! I highly recommend them and their services! I saw their Groupon for a remote start installation for a reasonable price. I purchased the Groupon for my husband for his Christmas gift. I telephoned to discuss the details (i.e., how long it would take to install, etc.). The manager was very informative and patiently answered all of my questions. I confirmed they would be able to install the remote start in our make/model vehicle. He advised there is a special harness required for our vehicle and quoted me the price. Having had an after market touch screen blue tooth stereo instslled last year, i was not surprised by this. The manager also told me to allow 2.5 to 3 hours for them to complete the install. I scheduled an appointment for 11am. When we arrived we were greeted and shown to the waiting area. There was complimentary water, WiFi and Netflix! My husband and i checked our emails and watched 2/3 of a really good movie! The install took exactly 2.5 hours! We checked out, he showed us how to use it and told us we have a one year warranty... Fabulous experiemce! Being told it would take an hour, I was there for almost 3. Anytime I asked I was told it's almost done. All I wanted was a straight answer

They will work hard to make you a good deal and the right deal if you give them options
