About YogaSport

During a typical class at YogaSport, there are no mirrors on the walls. In fact, there's very little in the way of distractions. The goal of the studio's power yoga classes is to cut through life's white noise and allow practitioners to listen to their own bodies and minds. With the studio heated to a sweat-inducing 90 degrees, newcomers and experienced yogis alike flow through a series of intense poses designed to accelerate heart rates, loosen muscles, and melt any popsicles you may have accidentally swallowed whole.

Intimate studio where things felt personal and not rushed. Did not feel out of place for not knowing some of the poses but was able to modify and adjust.
