Sculpting strong and healthy bodies is only one of the reasons Zensual Dance Fitness instructors lead the studio’s variety of empowering dance and fitness classes. The foremost reason the instructors do what they do is the confidence the class experience bring to their students. These students are women of all ages, shapes, and backgrounds who are ready to get their sexy back. Through pole dance and fitness, exotic dance, flexibility, and other seductive dance classes, they exercise their sex appeal while working out.

Since 2009, the supportive environment translates to the progressive series, workshops, birthday and bachelorette parties in addition the membership program, The Zensual Academy.

I have been to many pole studios and this one restored my faith as I come back to my own pole fitness journey after taking almost a year off. We started with a great warm up making sure to engage all the muscles that would be used in this class. During the class the instructor gave options for all the levels that were attending the class and provided a push past your limit move if you were up for a instructor spotted challenge. She was professional, inspiring and this was overall a great class. The studio was clean the attendees were supportive of each other and the equipment is safe. I loved this location and I have already booked my next 2 classes. Note: This class was a Level 2-4
