This was the worst experience please if you are smart and in miami do not come here. When you come they will tell you that they don’t accept Groupons. They are trying to beat the fee Groupon takes from them. They will make you pay in cash. The address is almost an hour away from what it says they’re actually located in sunny isles in A HAIR salon. When I arrived two half brained injectors berated me for almost 30 minutes telling me that I needed more than what I needed: they don’t another thirty begging the lady before me to upsell her Groupon. She ended up paying an extra 499 for whatever nonsense they told her she needed. They came over to me - POC woman - did not numb me as they did the other ladies in the salon, I guess they think POC women are superheroes who don’t experience pain like humans. Berated me for 30 minutes trying to sell me more products all over my face then told me they don’t accept Groupons when i asked WHY ARE YOU ON THERE the response and I quote was “well we’re allowed to be on Groupon so what” they do not accept the actual vouchers what they want you to do is come in so they can beg you to pay in cash or Apple Pay. They offer to refund your Groupon which will either take weeks or Groupon will offer you store credit which is useless. You will never receive that refund. They are scamming. Close to closing and desperate for any client they can get. It’s sad. I won’t be returning. When I reached about where my refund was they blocked me so I’m writing this in honesty with recipients attached. Don’t go here

The Doctor rapidly and too deeply injected restalyne to my lips. I told him Shape i wanted and he overfilled them and made them look like sausage lips. When i told him they were uneven he just added more acting like we was doing me a favor: didn’t massage the lips, rushed me out, would never go back and do not recommend. Already had them dissolved they were so bad!!!

1st of all their advertisement is very misleading. They are NOT located in Hollywood at all! They are located in a Beauty Salon in miami off of Collins ave. The person i spoke to told me "it is just one exit south of Stirling Road" NOT!!! After driving 40 minutes in beach traffic i then had to wait 40 minutes (I was lucky, the girl before me had waited an hour) with no reason why.

Amazing service! Hectic/busy! But they manage well. Go ready to a 2 hours period to complete the C02 laser treatment. Forms, numbing, wait. But all great! Recovery was 2 days!
