We were able to use it right away. The staff were nice and friendly. I will buy this offer again.

Complete chaos! Kids run wild and there is no order whatsoever. This was our first time playing and the employee raced through directions while kids talked over him. We had a person in our party injured while playing and the first aid was dismal, just bandaids; nothing to clean or sterilize. Just skip this place. Not worth the headache!!
