They did not perform a manicure as promised in the groupon, they rushed thru the entire appt and barely engaged with me. I don't know why these places participate in groupon offerings if they are just going to treat the people redeeming them so badly. I was looking for a new regular salon and they too themselves out of the loop with their poor customer service.

To be honest they are okay. One thing i strongly disliked is that their acrylic gel only lasted about a week and a half, had to get them redone almist all the time compared to my other place which lasted 3-4weeks for $5 more. I guess you cant bargain quality
