we bought a groupon for 4 guests, however one of the couples had an illness and could not go on vacation with us. The restaurant refused to honour the voucher for 2 guests even though it was paid for 4 people. A completely ridiculous response.

Cowboy Saloon is a great place. The mechanical bull & instructional line dancing was a blast. Everyone had a great time. BUT!The menu was very limited, no servers. Took forever for the food. The food was just not good. The bar is a full bar, but needs a better selection of specialty drinks. When they fix the restaurant side the whole place will be AWSOME! WILL BE RETURNING!!! But not for the food.

FOOD WAS HORRIBLE, they changed their menu and was very limited so they didn't have any desserts to offer us. there were no entrees to choose from, only burgers. the nachos we ordered were the worst we've ever had. We will never go back or recommend it to anyone. They also changed their hours and did not open until 9:00 PM and it was no longer family friendly after 10:00. Our appetizers that we ordered took over an hour to come.
